Incredibly Rejuvenated

Ahhh...
Koya has the most soothing, pleasant voice to lead this class. Just listening to her talk would put me in a better state of mind, but the gentle yoga and very relaxing meditation made it even better. The eye stretches were a nice addition!

Wonderful yoga sequence
Koya does a great job of β€˜walking’ us through all of the movements and poses. The meditation and the stretches are long enough to make a difference.
