Be at Peace
You can not leave this session without feeling at least a little less stressed out. It is so nice to give your body a break while at the same time stretching your muscles.

Wonderful yoga sequence
Koya does a great job of β€˜walking’ us through all of the movements and poses. The meditation and the stretches are long enough to make a difference.
