Great for short on time
You know push ups and plank jacks are going to get you sweating in no time. Not to mention jumping lunges.

Good workout but don't have bands :-/
Disappointed that one of the last workouts in this program requires bands to make the biggest burn happen...I used a sports bra (lol) instead and I'm not sure it really did anything. I'm sure it will get you sweating even without the resistance.

I was worried about doing this workout because I don't have bands, but it was still very challenging and I got a great workout even without them. All of Christa's workouts are fantastic!

Amazing workout to do with others or when you're short of time! Absolute killer with a band! I never thought I'd enjoy squats etc. but bands just make it more fun, especially the B and B workouts!

Nice as an additional burn-out routine
This was a tack on after a "below the belt" session and it really did burn the rest out. My room is long and narrow so I added a 90 degree plyo twist in the Ali Shuffle-to-Plank Jacks just so I could clear my walls. Thanks for another brain working and motivating workout.

Slippery resistance band
I am a novice when it comes to using resistance bands, so I was understandably awkward when attempting these moves with the band. I think I can understand why the Popsugar gals used a fabric band, though! Mine was slipping all over the place the entire time and I kept having to readjust it. I imagine the fabric provides a little more grip on your leggings. A very challenging workout though for it being so short!

Total Beginner here (NO bands)
This workout made me sweat even without the resistance bands! Good job team for making another awesome sweat sesh. I had to do a lot of modifications but I pushed through and that is the most important thing. Thank you.
