I can't trust Jake with his counting, so I'm always prepared for him to repeat 4 or 7, or go off course. I keep on coming back though. Whenever I see his workouts I know he's going to kill me, and he does it every time. I'm able to keep up which I feel is an accomplishment.
...because Jake is going to kill you (especially your legs) in this Workout! If you think youβre in good shape, the Master will teach you otherwise!
But as always with Jake its so worth the pain and sweat!
I agree with other reviewers on here--this might be the hardest workout on this site. I love Jake and I love the challenge, but the pace and intensity felt a bit too much for me. That said, if you're looking for an ultimate sweat session to test your endurance and ability, this is the one for you!
I liked the workout overall, but honestly i need a little bit of rest in between some of the sets and he goes way too fast sometimes. Overall i did not enjoy it as much as other workouts.
This was a difficult one but worth every minute. Every time I do a workout with Jake I get more & more light bulb moments on better form and posture. Love Love.

What a workout. I was able to finish this work out and this is an achievement in itslef.

By far the hardest bodyweight workout on this site
If you've done a Jake workout before you know you get a lot of bang for every minute of your workout. Expect almost no breaks and a *lot* of leg work in this video. I'm soaked through with sweat but I had a GREAT workout and will definitely do it again!
This by far is the most intense body weight only workout I've ever done. I can feel every muscle in body. I had to stop so many times by I got through it.
I liked the paced of this video and the fact that Jake kept you moving the whole time. I would have preferred a bit more variety in the cardio sections but appreciate that the repetition made it easier to complete. My quads were on fire by the end!
We couldβve maybe use a tad more variety and maybe another water break but I will definitely go back to this one and see if I can actually pull off the whole thing. Thank you for the good challenge!
...and even then, I had to stop and take a breather a couple of times because I just could not keep up with the pace. Jakeβs fitness level is actual insanity and I was terrified to do this video today with how sore I was from Raneirβs workout yesterday. But this is definitely one Iβll try again in the future...perhaps after my rest day!
My legs I'm sure will benefit from this, but wow I've never had to modify so much. I was getting so cocky about how rocking I was with these videos, but I had to tone it down in this workout because it was a hard one!I might have wanted to kill Mr. Dupree when he kept repeating the number 7... But what a workout! Burned a bunch of calories, made my legs firmer! Huge accomplishment when done. I was a wet mess.
