Best workout challenge for sure!!
My legs !!!!! I cannot feel them any more. What a workout. I was able to finish this work out and this is an achievement in itslef. Hats off Jake.. you are a rockstar and yes thanks to you and popsugar , I can see my legs getting into shape. #bestworkout

By far the hardest bodyweight workout on this site
If you've done a Jake workout before you know you get a lot of bang for every minute of your workout. Expect almost no breaks and a *lot* of leg work in this video. I'm soaked through with sweat but I had a GREAT workout and will definitely do it again!

Hardest workout ever!
This by far is the most intense body weight only workout I've ever done. I can feel every muscle in body. I had to stop so many times by I got through it.

Great Pace!
I liked the paced of this video and the fact that Jake kept you moving the whole time. I would have preferred a bit more variety in the cardio sections but appreciate that the repetition made it easier to complete. My quads were on fire by the end!

My goal was to keep moving
...and even then, I had to stop and take a breather a couple of times because I just could not keep up with the pace. Jake’s fitness level is actual insanity and I was terrified to do this video today with how sore I was from Raneir’s workout yesterday. But this is definitely one I’ll try again in the future...perhaps after my rest day!

Oh baby!
My legs I'm sure will benefit from this, but wow I've never had to modify so much. I was getting so cocky about how rocking I was with these videos, but I had to tone it down in this workout because it was a hard one!I might have wanted to kill Mr. Dupree when he kept repeating the number 7... But what a workout! Burned a bunch of calories, made my legs firmer! Huge accomplishment when done. I was a wet mess.
