Round 1 Finished!
I've finished the first round and I do feel stronger and flexible than I was before. I've always liked Anna's style of presenting and I did throughout this series. I started the programme as I had lost my running/workout mojo and needed to get myself back into getting fit. I found this series very good and I've tried lots of new moves and foam rolling for the first time. I now feel more motivated to get running again so I will probably use individual workouts from this series alongside running.

Aaaaad it's done :D ! This program makes me feel sooo good and stronger so I might go for a third round too ! I managed to do most of the avdanced moves thoughout this 2nd round but not all of them, so this is going to be my goal for the 3rd round! Thank you Anna for being inspiring!

It took me longer than I planned, but I did it and will do it again! I feel great! Ok, I've done it twice now, feeling good, going for 3rd time trying the advanced moves.

I really loved this entire program, and I'm going to continue it. I plan to do the entire program again. The workouts are the perfect level to be able to follow every day - they challenge you but not so much that you want to quit. I feel stronger, and I feel like my cardio is getting better too. I'm working toward doing the advanced versions of each move, and I'm planning to get heavier weights. This is a great program for progressions, and Anna offers lots of options for each move. Thank you for creating this!

I just finished the whole program and I feel like I've gotten stronger and more flexible! I'm going to do the program again and hope to be able to do more of the advanced movements as I'm progressing. Thank you Anna for the great instructions and encouragement!
