Another great workout
Raneir is simply just a really good trainer. All his workouts are tough yet easy to follow. He is generous and fun too.

Fantastic full body workout
This one does it all. Gets all muscle groups while also firing the heart-rate WAY up. Raneir is hilarious and his guidance on form is super clear and helpful.

He is by far my favorite, love the energy, love the sass. You definitely work up a sweat and don't even notice. You don't even notice when the work out is done, it goes by so fast. SO WORTH IT!!!

Operation: Booty Up!
Raneir!! Love you!! I like how this one really was focused on form and really taking time for each move. And it's a good one bc you can always challenge yourself with more weight as you're able. The pacing is great, too! Great workout all-in-all. And since it's 30 mins...maybe I can go for a second round?? Mmm...or maybe not...hahaha...Thanks, again, Raneir! (...the only things "missing," perhaps, were arm stretches during the cooldown, since the workout called for quite a bit of upper back/shoulder/tricep work. nbd since I just did them on my own, but just fyi!)

This workout was EVERYTHING!!!!
Wow......I first went over this video to see how it went and thought to myself "Oh wow. Easy 30 minute workout"........Yeah Okayyyyy lol. Absolutely loved this workout. It really tested how far I could go and having Rainer as the trainer motivating and making jokes and bei g there helps sooo much. I love him and he needs to continue to be on POPSUGAR. Great AND Sweatyyyyy Workout ❣️

Technique Recs 🙏🏻
I always appreciate Raneir’s focus on teaching the correct technique for each movement. Even though some of the moves are unfamiliar, he breaks down each part so that you feel like you know what you’re doing. Fun cardio, too!

Love this one
The combo moves were so fun - I have a hard time doing the same moves the same way, but this makes them feel a bit different and helps me keep my mind on what I'm doing at the moment. And, Raneir is so funny, but his explanations for what you should be feeling or trying to do are spot on.

I haven't sweat this much in a whiiile, such a killer! I WILL be doing that again! I love being able to use heavy weights but also doing new moves with lighter weights. Keeps it interesting and super challenging.
