Feeling stronger
I am on day 20 of the 21 day workout plan from Jake and I have to say that I feel stronger and more confident than I did on day one. I absolutely recommend this workout and the plan to anyone that is trying to restart their fitness, get strong, and maybe shed some pounds. I've lost about an inch so far which is great. It is worth it
Jake really motivates me to work out with him. there is something about him, his energy, voice and smile which makes me want to continue doing what he says. I love his jokes and his workout is really effective. Not once did I miss out on his 21-day challenge and I am thinking about doing it again, if not all, then at least days 20 and 19.
