Difficult to follow
I've done a lot of dance classes but this one was hard to follow as she just throws the moves at you without direction or breakdown. It would be better if she did one round slow to show everyone what it coming and then speed it up.

I was sweaty in the end
I agree with others that the pace was very fast, which I don't think would have been a huge issue if more direction had been given before each dance "set". I ended up just jumping around a bunch in my living room (and was glad no one else saw what I was doing LOL). I feel like I at least got a decent sweat/workout, but I don't think I'll be revisiting this one. This is probably better suited to those who know basic dance moves, especially Latin dance.

Sweaty but very messy
I got a sweat going, but mostly from jumping around. Nicole did not really teach the moves, it was more about throwing them at you and then changing. Confusing! And I’m not a beginner at this exercise game...

Not for me
Well, I got sweaty but I was very frustrated with this workout because it was quite fast and the instructor does not show (break down) the moves so that even people who see them for the first time could follow. It was obvious the instructor did the workout for herself, not for the people looking for some cardio :(

Okay it was nice n sweaty but just a lilll bit too fast for me.. I couldn't keep up with the moves which kind of got me out the flow sometimes. (could be me being a terrible dancer though haha)

OMG
Ok so absolutely love Nicole Steen's energy throughout this entire work out - she really helped pull me out of my bad day funk! But OMG did I feel like the whitest chick on the block - I am so not cool enough or coordinated enough to successfully pull off the vast majority of these moves. Despite all my protestations throughout the workout I had a really fun time and definitely sweated up a storm!!

Fun, but difficult to keep up
The moves went so fast I could barely keep up, but it leaves you sweaty at the end no matter if you get the moves right or not. Just move and enjoy!

Dreading this Workout
I was dreading this workout because I can not dance or move my hips, but watching Anna struggle showed me that I don't have to be perfect, just as long as I am moving. Also the instructor and other workout buddy were wonderful and encouraging!

Really fun
Another likable instructor and it was a fun workout. There is nothing like dance to lubricate the joints. It's so easy to keep motivated thoughout the whole workout when it's a dance one. Also, you Anna did great!
