Tough, Fast Paced, Whole Body Shake Down!!!
I did this workout as part of the 4 Week Full Body Fusion. It came the day after a Cardio HIIT workout, and I thought going in that it would be a perfect rest for my legs with the focus on abs, but nope... not the case! Legs AND abs were on FIRE! Hard but great workout though - I actually liked the fast pace because you really got your bang for your buck in only 30 minutes, and it felt like the time went faster. I would have liked an occasional opportunity to catch my breath and grab a sip of water, but it was not a big deal. Also, I found Jake to be very skilled at finding ways to creatively break down each move for you so you get what position your body should be in.
