Has anyone here heard about blank ATM card? An ATM card that allows you to withdraw cash from any Atm machine in the world. No name required, no address required and no bank account required. The Atm card is already programmed to dispense cash from any Atm machine worldwide. The Discomfort That I Needed

Mostly good
This was a challenging workout. My only complaint was the transitions to each move was too quick. I'm sure if I do this again I'll be able to keep up faster knowing what's coming.

Tough, Fast Paced, Whole Body Shake Down!!!
I did this workout as part of the 4 Week Full Body Fusion. It came the day after a Cardio HIIT workout, and I thought going in that it would be a perfect rest for my legs with the focus on abs, but nope... not the case! Legs AND abs were on FIRE! Hard but great workout though - I actually liked the fast pace because you really got your bang for your buck in only 30 minutes, and it felt like the time went faster. I would have liked an occasional opportunity to catch my breath and grab a sip of water, but it was not a big deal. Also, I found Jake to be very skilled at finding ways to creatively break down each move for you so you get what position your body should be in.

Very Challenging!
I like Jake's workouts because I feel they are effective, they're just always a bit too fast for me making it hard to get my form right. That said, I am definitely going to be sore tomorrow!

Not just Abs/Obliques but legs too!
I normally cannot keep up but Jake actually gave a few breaks on this one! Though this was labelled as Abs/Oblique, Jake brought in some signature legs and lower body exercises into the mix. Cool down was a bit fast and I had to look up once or twice to make sure I was doing the stretch correctly.

Love Jake's energy and personality! His workouts are tough, fun, and great! I do sympathize with other reviewers suggesting that Jake give us just a beat to reset with each transition. I appreciate a hearty pace, we just need some transition beats. I need a second to make sure my curtsy is stable so I can properly "bow before the Queen" lol!!

Difficult but good workout
I struggled at some parts to keep up, specially legs, but it was a nice workout! Couldn't do the burpee because the camera focused too little on the modified version, which I was doing, and I did not understand what I had to do. But I leave the workout with a feeling of mission accomplished!

moved too fast, especially during the burpee series. didn't like how the camera (esp during burpee series) would zoom in on one person during certain parts, forcing you to miss seeing what the modification was or vice versa for the advanced. a nice workout but wasn't presented well

I really liked this! I'm doing the 4 week full-body fusion and it was just as lively as yesterday's workout. Had me s w e a t i n g, which I loved and the moves felt doable, especially with the modifications. It is a bit fast paced but I did my best and it felt great. Thanks so much Popsugar!!

I hate ab workouts...and I hate how much I loved this workout
I hate ab workouts in general, and to be honest, I find Jake's workouts so difficult that I'll often put them off until the end of the day because I know how hard it's going to be. This one was no exception, but I found the 30 minutes went quickly and I feel like I got a really effective workout. Thanks Jake!

This is a killer workout but I felt great afterwards! And moves were creative as well. My only issue with Jake is he sometimes moves too quickly for me, so I don't always do as many repetitions.....which I guess is okay.

I donโ€™t know if itโ€™s the pace, the repetition, or what....but somehow Jake always makes these simple moves absolutely killer. Iโ€™m ever amazed at his creativity in tweaking familiar stretches or toning exercises to get even deeper into your muscle groups for added burn!
