Challenging for a beginner!
Havent worked out in months! I did a lot of pausing and hands-on-hips wheezing as well as excessive modifying but I finished it! The trainers are awesome.

AMAZING

Another fantastic workout
These workouts have really helped me increase my endurance. I have never done cardio workouts before discovering popsugar and in just a few months of doing the cardio workouts my fitness level has gone way up. I can do more pushups, hold planks longer and I have more energy all around. If you are reading these comments I would love to see popsugar do a workout bundle focused entirely on increasing muscle strength and endurance (a serious weight workout that takes you up in weight intervals over time).
