Everything I love about a workout. New affective combinations to target the muscles. I like you ,love heavy weight. A challenge in a good way. Big calorie burn and hopefully a shock to the muscles. one will never reach a plateau with your progressive well balanced fun workouts. Thank you for always incorporating boxing moves in your workout. Nothing cuts the quads like the leg moves when you lift your heels and pivot from one side to the other.
