Loved it. The routine was challenging and definitely hitting all my muscles but your encouragement and positive attitude is what I love the most.

Great workout!
This one is SOO intense, but I feel so great after ! I might go for a third round of this whole program because there were still some advanced moves that I couldn't do right in this one !
