The best!
This must be the best 20 minuted dance cardio workout I have ever done! And it is one of my favourites among all the workouts by Amanda! This is very easy to follow! And you start sweating in the first 5 minutes. The choreography is great and as I always say, Amanda's smile is infectious so I can't help smiling along with her and feeling energized!

Intense 20 minute workout
Intense as in sweaty at the end, but not as in you might die. Great cardio. I felt awesome after it was all said and done. I like how positive and cheerful Amanda is. Makes me want to keep on doing it.

Better but not very good
I personally do not like dance workouts, so maybe i'm biased, but i honestly don't like the way she teaches. I think she goes way too fast, doesn't even let you kind of get used to one move. Definitely a thousand times better than the previous ones, still not my cup of tea.

This was an enjoyable routine! The moves were simpler, and it was more suitable for beginners than some of the previous dance workouts in the series. Even my uncoordinated self could mostly follow along. I think the key for us slowpokes out there is just to keep moving, even if it's in the wrong direction. I was drenched in sweat by the end.

An improvement but still not a big fan
As much as I want to enjoy these workouts, I can't seem to make myself enjoy them. The warm-up is done at a needlessly fast speed and the cooldowns are always rather short and more shimmying than stretching. While the dancing cues and timing of the cues are much better in this workout than many of the other ones I still wish that they were clearer and more frequently given. I enjoyed this workout more because it was less focused on complex dance moves and combinations and more on easy to understand cardio moves. It does get you warmed up but a lot of it does feel like jumping around.

better than before
The instructor did a better job of cue-ing for this video, so that was good. The other plus was that it did provide a good cardio workout, if you are able to follow along and do each movement to the max. However, I still did not enjoy this workout. I find the instructor very grating - just strikes me as manic and phony. Also, I did not care for the music. I really wish Popsugar would provide some dance cardio workouts for this challenge by *other instructors.* There are some great ones out there.

Her prompts actually come before you're supposed to be doing the moves, so it made it much easier to follow! Agree with others than stretching could be longer, or just get rid of the shimmies and stretch instead.

Not Caring For These Dance Cardios
I don’t like Amanda’s style. No time to learn, lots of jumping and not really feeling like I’m working out. Just jumping.

A longer cool down needed
Love Amanda's workouts. They are always fun and challenging and very cardio intensive, but I wish they had a longer cool down. This could easily be 25 minutes with a five minute cool down.

This is definitely better & easier to follow than Amanda's other dance routines. It's actually less dance & more cardio; not demanding, but has you moving.

Love the jump + high knees
I like her videos because of the steady-state cardio. I agree with the other comment that mentioned there is not a lot of interesting commentary throughout; however, I imagine this is because she’s so on top of her choreo. She never misses a beat!

I don't know why...
I love dance cardio and I've really been trying to give these a fair chance. I don't think she realizes we are her mirror image, so her directions are always opposite. Also, her saying WOO! every 2 seconds almost gets infuriating. Trying to like this...but just not feeling these cardio dance workouts.
