Tough, but Strong
I took the opportunity to upgrade my weights from 3 lb to 4 lb and whew! - what a difference. My arms are toast. The push-ups were definitely more difficult after using heavier weights for the other exercises. My only complaint is the frequent freezing - spinning wheel during this workout. Happened four times and was frustrating.

So hard!!
