Circles not circuits!
This is a fast moving workout with no circuits (yuck!) so I was never bored.

Another great workout!
Jake is amazing. The pace is perfect - no hanging around for long water breaks. His manner is so upbeat and encouraging, and I always get a great workout with Jake. Yay Jake!
