Hello hard arms and abs!
I loved and enjoyed everything about this workout. How you add on and introduce new challenging motivating moves. My abs sprung up and said don't mind if I do. Go head with your bad self Ranier. Yes I'm old school.

Good workout but more gentle than some might like
Great workout but might be better suited as a companion to another < 30 minute video. If you're used to HIIT or like to feel really spent at the end of a workout than this one may be too easy for you.

Interesting configurations

Awesome Workout that hits the abs and arms as promised!
I loved this workout! Not only does it have great moves (those weighted bicycle crunches are NO joke!), but Raneir brings a fun, motivating energy to everything. Thanks, Raneir and keep the workouts coming!

Run from the political convos!
Loved the weighted bicycles and double crunches. Really felt my obliques! Raneir’s visual of running away from political conversations really helped me up my speed during the arm sprinters LOL.
