We’re back with another HIIT workout to torch calories while strengthening your abs and booty. You push it for 40 seconds and get 20 to rest. Give those work intervals your all!
This is the same workout as day 5. Back then I had to pause the video for a few minutes after every round (4x) to catch my breath. This time I was able to finish it without pausing! For some moves I had to do my own modifications, so I'm not there yet, but there's definitely some improvement!
Note: this workout doesn't have a real warmup and it doesn't really have a cooling down. Some of the workouts in this series do have those and some don't, it's a bit confusing. Since day 6 I always first do my own warm up before I start the video...
