I have trouble keeping up with these workout because I am super uncoordinated , but I am sweating buckets from all the power moves and [modified] burpees.
I love this whole 28 day series (esp after being a long time fan of Jake) but this queen is really the best. I love how she recognizes everyone is at different levels--and not in a "someday you'll get to this!" like some trainers are... Which is fine! But the fact that she is so real about "somedays I only kick knee level high, and who cares!" is so motivating. I don't always want to be reaching to a place, and that's okay! I love this workout, so fun.
A great, sweaty and fun workout. Christa teaches in a way that, for me, is easy to follow--even when I mess up, I know the rhythm of the combos and can catch-up quickly. I also always love when Kacey is present, whether she's guiding the advanced or modified moves. Thanks!
I learned kickboxing from another trainer so I have a muscle memory to move in certain ways in combinations. I had to fight that muscle memory here but the mental and physical exercise was good.
Fun but definitely a mental challenge to keep up with all the combinations. I imagine it only gets more fun with repetition and you know the moves by heart.
Christa you really take boxing and kickboxing to a new level. I always look forward to a exercise session with you. I know that the choreography will be super great and balanced not to mention fun.

The previous workout had me taking an unscheduled rest day (but I felt good about listening to my body). Today I clicked play and felt very energized! That 3rd set fried my brain, I was inventing moves to keep up haha... but I was sweating buckets in the end so it was worth it.
Love the authenticity she brings to each of her workouts. The hitch kick combo was super fun! I always feel like my brain is working just as hard as my body.
