works the whole body, that's for sure! loved it and hated it at the same time haha

Super total body workout
This routine hits basically every muscle in your body. Even though there aren't any "core specific" moves, your abs still get hit. It's great to have so many modifications. Love Anna's instructions, motivation and sense of humor. She makes the workout fly by!

That was hard !
Omg, this workout was so intense. At some points, I thought I wouldn't get through it, so I'm really proud that I finished it !!! So great, it works every muscle in your whole body :D
