Better than going to the gym!
This workout is incredible. I've done it multiple times now and I feel great afterwards. So much better and efficient than going to the gym for an hour. I completely recommend it!

Killer, but amazing!!!
Jake is hilarious and always keeps me smiling through the burn :) His workouts are definitely intense, but he does a great job to motivate you and I can already see results on day 15 of this challenge! Highly recommend!

Love it!
I did not believe I could stick to exercising while being stuck at home all the time. But Jake is unbelievably motivating and energetic and these exercises are just perfectly in between doable and challenging.
