This cardio and core workout will prove you don’t need any equipment to get a major sweat session. This workout is mainly standing but includes some donkey kicks and on-the-mat booty work as well.
This is absolutely brutal...Jake is at his most merciless with this workout. No breaks at all and he keeps a grueling pace. It's definitely more of a leg workout, but the abs definitely got on fire too. Watch out, even the 'cool down' is secretly just another set of exercises...
I have become a great fan of Jake. For the first time in my life, I have taken up a 21 day challenge. Else I get bored easily and would switch around to another format. I am going smoothly and everyday curious about what lies ahead. This one was hardest till now. Seeing other comments, I see that most of us felt the same. This guy is super awesome.. Would highly recommend . Hope he comes up with many more such videos as they are limited .
Oh my God! This was by far one of the most tiring workouts! Yet full of new fun moves that I loved. But seriousely, what is so wrong in taking a few seconds here and there to catch our breath? I had to pause a couple of times to do so🙈.

This one is the most engaging workout of the all, I have done so far! Though, I had to take a use for a few seconds in between, but it was great! when I will do it next, will aim for going non-stop.

Oh my God, today we have +27'C in Italy and this workout was very hot and intensive. I did a 10 minutes break because it was too hard for me. Thank you, Jake for keeping me motivated!
The first time I felt like I was going to die. Of all the workouts I've done on this page, this one has to be the hardest. I've been doing it frequently, and I'm slowly gaining more stamina to keep going without pausing the workout.
I'm not someone who likes the usual cardio interval training, but this one will keep me coming back! Jake is the best and I felt like I was really pushing myself out of my comfort zone
Even though it was supposed to be a cardio and core workout, it is mostly a leg workout. By the way, it makes you sweat very hard! I love Jake's workout!!!
I loved it !! At some point , I was almost fainting though . I started to see the effects of Jake's 21 days challenging on my body. It's amazing , thank you Jake !
I had to pause three times to catch my breath before I continued creating a puddle of sweat on my mat. I like to think that it was my fat crying :). This workout has a good combination of cardio and legs/core. Jake has one of my favourite approaches to workouts; I never get bored or complacent. I will definitely do this one again, hopefully with less time-outs.
I really loved this one. I couldn't finish yesterday, so I was determined to finish it today. LOVE the intensity. I love workouts that challenge me and have levels to advance. I would agree I feel my legs 80% more than my abs. But after Jakes other workouts my abs are pretty tough. It was nice to get more legs in.
All these workouts I give 5* as they really work one’s body and one can work one’s way up to Jake’s level...if that’s possible 😊 I had to do this workout over two days....and still found it tiring and difficult on my body. So I am happy to say I’ll be doing this 21 days workout quite a few times over😁
