Day 13 and second time with this workout. I felt way more comfortable this time around. I really like Koya. She makes me want to keep doing yoga!

I LUUUUUUUURRRRRRVE Power Yoga for Toned Abs
This is the nicest Yoga exercise that I ever done. I was able to keep up, I felt each stretch and I felt great afterwards!!!! Looooooooved it!!! More like it please πŸ™πŸ™πŸ€—β€β€

This lockdown is not easy , but I am sticking to my workouts and this class is perfect for a Sunday after a tough workout or even on its own, the practice is intermediate I would say , the instructor is lovely too . Thank you πŸ™πŸ½ 😊
