You'd think nothing could be accomplished in 10 minutes - but Jake proves you wrong! This is SUCH an intense ab workout and you feel it the next day.

Abs are sore...but short!
Since this came right after a rest day, I'm surprised this wasn't longer nor did I sweat more! It was definitely challenging. Can't wait for tomorrow!
