Seeing the Progress
Loved coming back to this workout after completing the previous workouts. I could feel the difference in my strength and flexibility. I was able to advance the exercises. It felt great!

Alignment Workout
This is such a nice, gentle strengthening workout. It works mobility quite well too. I can also tell a difference the second time around, after following this plan for 11 days. I feel great.
