Good one
If you are sore or tight all over or certain areas this one will help you to recover. may not feel that way while you're doing the stretches, however you will see the difference. Great for flexibility.

Loved the meditation
I did this while my toddler was literally running circles around me and I was still able to feel the benefits of the stretching, meditation, and relaxation.

Excellent stretch!
Really good all-round stretch, especially welcome for those sore muscles. Lovely meditation too. A little hard to hear instructions at times, mic a bit muffled.
