Great toning workout
Great arm workout. He adds a lot of creative arm movements that look low intensity...but oh boy! Very good for toning.

Favorite Trainer
Honestly workouts with Ranier are awesome, he can be doing tabata one minute and be super calm and cool the next. Always love working out with him, he is really my favorite trainer. Today's workout felt awesome, it was very well paced, no moves too hard, gets you pretty sweaty.

Balanced workout
I don't have weights, so I just used a water bottle and did the moves as fast as possible to increase the intensity. From the title, I was worried we were going to focus entirely on one side of the body for 15 minutes, then switch to the other, but actually it was split up by move, so it was not exhausting. Fun workout!

Great Workout!
Absolutely love this trainer and his humor. It makes the workout go by so much faster. This one, in particular, had me really working on my balance and touching on muscle groups that I don't typically focus on that much, so it felt great!

I love this trainer and his vids no matter what, but this workout touched on so many areas of my body that I feel like never get worked, it was such a good pace and there's the perfect amount of cardio!!

Fantastic Workout

Effective but laid-back workout
It's quarantine season and to keep myself sane I've been working out a *lot*. Yesterday I went harder than planned, and I was dreading today because I was worn out but didn't want to fall behind on my plan. This workout was the perfect antidote to that feeling. It was effective and challenging but I felt I could still do it all despite being tired. Great way to start my day. Thanks Raneir!

Ranier is one of my favorite people to work out to. He never disappoints me with new challenges. This was a good total body workout. My arms and legs were shaking at the end! Looking forward to doing this workout again 💪❤️

Good, but was hoping for a more
I guess I was just really hoping for good pump with some solid strength movements. Didn't come close to sweating, but it was also not a bad workout. I've done several of Ranier's workouts before, and this was on the more mild side.

He’s just the best. Does Raneir ever get old? Even if I’m dying, I’m laughing. Raneir provides the perfect balance of, “work your hardest, but be satisfied with what your body is capable of right now.” Such a good “role model” — using his own terminology.

This was such a fun workout! I was dreading it a little when I saw the longer time stamp, but Raneir is so funny and encouraging, and the moves were so fun and unique, that I didn't even notice the time fly by! Definitely one of my favourite videos so far!
