Full Body Workout That Targets Muscles and Core
I didn't really know what to expect but I guess this was the full body work out that I needed: stretching the muscles, focusing on my core, good stuff! Day 2 is going to be just as awesome I'm sure! 😅

Interesting and challenging moves!!
Loved the interesting session. It really got the heart rate up and focused intensively on core muscles.

I loved this workout. It only takes 30 mins but it feels like you worked out more. It's a great and fun challenge.

Good beginner workout
That was definitely a light workout, not that it wasn't challenging but it didn't kill me like some of them do. Great to pair with a 10-15 minute weight workout.

Challenging but fun!
This was definitely a challenge, but I liked it! It's more core-intensive than I'm used to, but I feel really good right now.
