Love the way this workout is structured. The intensity builds so that by the end you're almost dying, but you are able to push through. Great blend of cardio and strength and I appreciate the opportunities to catch your breath. Not easy, but definitely makes you feel strong and powerful!

I really value Danielle's coaching; she has a very mellow vibe, she gives great cues, and she always explains how to modify moves. I worked hard, sweat hard, and felt great after.

Good workout
After having my sister visit for 3 days the only workout I got was active waking while shopping and ordering food! Saw this 7-day workout to get me on track. Did some modifications since I've got a sore hamstring and used 5 lb weights. It actually went by very quickly and I like the instructor

AWESOME
This was a great deceiving workout. I thought it was going to be an easy ride. I WAS SO WRONG. It was fantastic from start to finish. Great lower body which really got the heart rate up in a hurry.

OMG WOW!!
I haven't worked out this hard in quite a while and I have to admit it was difficult in the beginning. But I can promise you'll have no regrets after doing this. I'm dripping in sweat but I feel amazing! Great program!

Holy sh*t
For years I’ve been a active and training on a daily basis. Primarily by myself at the gym, or as part of a Crossfit gym, and for a short period even coaching a boot camp class. Doing this 30 minute workout made me feel like I’ve never worked out in my life! It made me realize I wa a being easy on myself, I got comfortable. This program is amazing.

Go-to work out after a few days off!
This is my first time with this trainer and I loved how easy and effective were the movements, I was worried because I have not been very active in the last weeks but the work out had all the modifications and it was very simple to follow.

Wow, really brutal in the best way
This woman is amazing. This was a great workout. She is my ideal fitness instructor, her approach is serious and she narrates only what is necessary. This was a very challenging workout with new moves I haven't done before. And happily no burpees, planks and pushups. I get sick of those!
