This is Just What I Needed
This video is just what I needed. It was easy enough for me not to get discouraged, but provided enough of a challenge and motivation to move on. I am actually looking forward to tomorrow.

Great first video
I know I'm later than everyone else to this 21-day challenge! But I've got a little over 21 days to my birthday so I felt like this is a good time to start :) This was a great first video: challenging but still very doable for a beginner like me. Anna is a wonderful coach who keeps even a longer workout engaging, interesting, and upbeat. Her descriptions of how the moves should feel is super helpful.

Great start
The workout is really nice when you are starting or even when you just need a gentle one. My only consideration is that sometimes the instructor is not very clear to give the tip to change sides, so if you are not looking at the screen constantly, you may miss that.

Starting round 2
This is the beginning of round 2 for me as I enjoyed round 1 and have noticed how much stronger and more flexibly I feel. I like the Alignment workout as the starter as it's not difficult and I feel good after it.

Great workout!
This workout is so realistic for people who want to get back in fitness. I just love it ! This is my second round of this program, and this time doind the advanced versions! I just love whenever Anna says : ''I know it burns'' and I'm like... oh okay, that's normal then haha, I highly recommend this workout.

Yeah I know, TMI. Seriously though! I didn't want to do ANYTHING but this made me feel great and is light enough that if you have cramps its not going to mess you up!

Perfect Start :-)
After several months of not working out (for no good reason, I just fell off the wagon), this is a great start to the 21-day challenge! Not much sweating, but lots of emphasis re-connecting with my body, which is what I needed. I've followed Anna for years, and as always, she's energetic without being too "ra ra" and explains things without being condescending. My favorite fitness chick!

Beginner workout & deep stretching
This lower intensity workout was great for getting a nice deep stretch in some key muscle groups throughout the body. The circuits made this 30 minutes go by in what felt like 10.

Great for Beginners
I'm trying to get back into a fitness routine, so being cooped up in the house has certainly helped that. (: This workout wasn't difficult to finish (or start), but I felt it afterwards. To be honest, I'm feeling it now, about eight hours later. Can't wait to see the new app available on Apple devices!

Perfect for getting back in shape
I use to do HIIT all the time, BUT after taking almost a year off from any exercise when I tried to start again I kept getting hurt. That's when I found this program. It was perfect to launch me back into healthy living and exercise without me overextending myself and getting injured! Plus I really enjoyed Anna as an instructor.

Great for getting back in the groove
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March of this year and has a right side mastectomy in April. i have not worked out since, and was frankly a bit concerned since I still have some pain on that side. This workout is perfect. Challenging without being too strenuous. Perfect to get me back into workout mode.

Mornings will be amazing
I loved this! I never workout in the morning, but I think I just found my new favorite routine. I'm a beginner, so the best part is that it can be modified as my fitness level changes. Perfect Day #1 to start a new fitness program.

Great Postpartum Workout!
I'm 12 weeks postpartum with baby #4. Before this pregnancy I was very active, but my pregnancy undid all of progress I had made (Down with severe HG for the whole thing). I have a hard time not just jumping right back into the intense workouts I used to be able to do. This workout was a great way to ease back into fitness without overdoing it and paying for it for the next three days. Grateful for the motivation and encouragement to modify when necessary. Excited for this program!

Perfect start

Great but Chromecast.....
This workout is just what I needed as I begin taking care of my body for the first time in years. BUT, Chromecast is not a function on this video service. It is difficult to follow from the screen on my phone. Is this also on YouTube?
