Over before you know it
Great work out that'll get you sweating. 6 or 7 exercises, repeat, and you're done. Minimal rest breaks means you're maximising the 20 mins. Great to have the modifications for those who's starting out or have injuries. Can't wait for day 2.

Done day 1 of this challenge and it’s great. Just the workout and challenge I need to kick start my fitness. All the exercise are explained and plenty of options to modify. The presenter is so up beat it keeps you going , really feel that she wants you do your best. Looking forward to day 2

Choose your challenge
Brilliant that there was always a modified version and trickier throughout! Also great go hear encouragement to switch between modified and harder when it felt right for me to do so. Great 20 min start to the day!

Great Workout!
I️ loved this! Kept me on my toes and was just the right amount of challenging! Perfect at home workout! Would recommend those with sensitive knees to consider putting a padded mat down first before doing some of the workouts though!

Was a challenge!
I dont have great knees so it was sometimes uncomfortable. I'd reccommend getting a bit extra padding, a cushion on towel if you need more padding on your yoga mat. I really liked the push up element. I feel like push ups dont get enough attention.
