Great Workout!
I️ loved this! Kept me on my toes and was just the right amount of challenging! Perfect at home workout! Would recommend those with sensitive knees to consider putting a padded mat down first before doing some of the workouts though!

Was a challenge!
I dont have great knees so it was sometimes uncomfortable. I'd reccommend getting a bit extra padding, a cushion on towel if you need more padding on your yoga mat. I really liked the push up element. I feel like push ups dont get enough attention.
