Love It
I love this one, it is definitely my favourite and my go to class. I really enjoy the variety and the content and I have definitely noticed a difference in my body shape. Wouldn’t be without this on my schedule.

Fun challenging, intense!
This workout is by far my fave workout on the whole site. I love the energy of all the instructors especially Christa. I've done this workout over 10 times and it never gets easier and continues to challenge me and give me a dripping full body workout. So fun and exciting, so high energy, its my go to workout!

Fun full body workout
You are going to sweat bullets. Simple moves, lots of reps, easy to follow and lots of modifications. Great cardio workout.

Great Upper Body and Core Workout
I used water bottles for my lightweight weights, which worked out really well. I enjoyed this because it is a different way to work out your upperbody. Change is good! I also liked the instructor and teams' energy levels. Thank you for brightening up my "shelter at home!"

Fun and Flexible:: also tips
This workout is fun and even when I started to lose my focus I felt I could jump back in easily. It appears challenging for all levels. ** Tip: This workout is choreographed (as boxing workouts usually are) and is a good way to stay present while working out. Not the greatest when you're stuck in a daze (like I usually am) but this workout can definitely strengthen that mind, body, present connection.

Challenging Cardio Routine
Christa DiPaolo is a great instructor. She breaks down the moves and provides a slow practice tempo. She picks up the pace and everything accelerates - heart rate, breathing, and sweat. I like the energy that flows from her and her "Ninjas". It is great fun and I will do this routine again.

Challenging and sweaty
I will do this workout again. New to any kind of boxing type of workout and she made it fairly easy to follow. When in doubt just punch. It was a full body workout that got my hard rate up. It went by quicky and wasnt boring at all. According to my Garmin i burnee 480 calories and my heart rate on average was 145. Pretty killer workout. Felt so great after and i didnt have to leave home!
