Great workout
Great workout but not as intense as some others. Good for a day when you may be a bit tired already but still want to work all the major muscle groups. Loved it.

Fantastic!
This is a great workout! I felt like I could keep up and also challenge myself. It made me feel strong! I loved the upper body exercises and the way that that balance was incorporated.

Full body strength workout!
Such a good workout that targets all areas of the body in segments that are easy to follow along with. Includes some cardio before diving into muscle groups. Will definetly do it again.
