Not balanced
I didn't like that we didn't get to do the other side when doing punching. Felt really imbalanced and needed to repeat the video just to do the other side. Little disorganised but otherwise still felt the burn.

One of My Favourite Workouts!
I love this workout because I can really feel it working. The sliders' section is killer for your glutes.
