A different kind of workout!
Made me sweat! Since this was my first time, I had a little trouble going from move to move. The cues were not always consistent. I think if you did this routine several times, you could follow along better. There were some combinations that weren't shown before you did them so the first few reps were failures. Better explanations of upcoming moves/combos and quicker cueing (or countdowns) would have made for better transitions. A steep learning curve and I'm not a beginner to workouts. That said, I'd come back and try it again and hopefully be more successful!
