Nice easy flow
I thought this was a great grouping of stretches and flow throughout. It was really feel good to loosen up the stress and tension I was carrying plus all the stiffness from working out really hard earlier. If I could change one thing I would slow it down just a bit. I kept pausing and unpausing are times because I would get into the pose and then realize she has already moved on to the next. But seriously overall I really enjoyed this

What a great teacher. She is clear and gave the right amount of instruction to help me get the most out of a quick stretch before bed.

Did the trick
It was slightly fast but I did it with my daughter and it did the trick to help her wind down at the end of the day.
