Great workout
This was a great workout to end my nightly workout! I have always dreamed of being a dancer ever since I was a little girl. I always wanted to take dance lessons but I never given that opportunity. When I was 15 I fell in love with Zumba and it was like I got to take dance lessons in a way. Now, 7 ish years later and I still love Zumba/dance Cardio. It is a great way to torch calories.
