Short but Challenging!
I found this workout to be an ideal length-though it was challenging and I was definitely sweating the whole time, it was fun & doable for all fitness levels :)

Arms and Abs - oh my!
Loved this quick class targeting arms and abs, and the fun energy! An added bonus was the rotator cuff stretch - felt so good and who knew! This is now one of my favorite strength classes.
