7 min arms by Strong Zumba workout
Wow! Just did this for the first time and can’t believe how much work went into 7 min. Thank you for including motivating music and a motivating instructor! I really enjoyed his personality and encouragement. Too many pop sugar workouts WITHOUT music and they get boring no matter how nice or encouraging the instructor.

A great quick arms workout
You can never do too many arms workouts (that's right ladies, you won't get bulky). The underwater dive was a new one for me, and a tough one too.

Worth Every Minute!
The hardest 7 minutes of fitness from an at-home workout I've ever experienced, and the minutes still flew by! I will definitely be doing this one again.
