wow, sometimes a bit fast for me to follow but very well explained and constructed. I made it to the end (and burned approx. 650 cals!)

Not too easy~not too tough
This is a longer sesh than I usually do but I wanted to try all of her workouts. It’s long but not too difficult πŸ₯ŠπŸ₯Šand really fun!!

AMAZING!!!
This was my 1st workout and I LOVED IT! It's 60 min but it went by so fast, I had such a good workout - easily burned ~500 calories! Highly recommend!!!

Challenging but a lot of fun!
Great, challenging and complete workout. Some parts, like the floor exercises and the "reactive exercises" section at the end of the workout, were really tough.
