You don't need any equipment for this epic workout, but can use one-pound weights for an extra challenge. We highly recommend have a face towel and a bottle of water close by.

Great Workout!
I've done this workout several times. I think Christa blends the right amount of teaching the move, doing it slowly, then kicking it into high gear. I never have a hard keeping up, especially with the modified moves. And as I've gotten stronger I've been able to do more of the advanced moves.
Love and hate workout:). Heart, mind, and body are so thankful for this tough workout. She was so encouraging and really had me working hard. The 60 minutes really did go by fast:)
I love this workout and itโs one of my favourites, great being an entire hour. All these Christa classes are great - I love the variety and the girls come across as really likeable. Keep em coming!
Working out with her makes it all much better! Her energy and vibes just pushes you to give it your all... you really enjoy every single minute of the workout.. 30 mins, 40 mins, or even a full hour..!
Christa is an outstanding instructor and this is a great, fun workout. She maximizes your time and yet also teaches thoroughly if you are new to her workouts. But they are so good, I don't tire of them. And it's rewarding to get better and faster.
And a few months later, having done it more times, I appreciate it more. Christa is a rockstar, of course. Anna is in her own right too, and I love her workouts.
But here she's comic relief and her repartee with Christa is fun. And I really appreciate how gracious, humble, and on board Elle is. This is a winner for sure.
This was my 1st workout and I LOVED IT! It's 60 min but it went by so fast, I had such a good workout - easily burned ~500 calories! Highly recommend!!!
Oh my, thats a pretty good workout! I even burned more calories than at my bootcamp workout with my trainer! Will do it more often now! I love Christas workouts <3
Great, challenging and complete workout. Some parts, like the floor exercises and the "reactive exercises" section at the end of the workout, were really tough.
