Great workout
I love this workout! Great energy, they make me laugh while I sweat ! At the end I feel like all my muscles have been working out. Love it !

Nice slow workout!

Around the world workout
I love the variety in rounds and the constant mindfulness of what you are working. Made me laugh several times and I stayed positive the whole 45 mins!

good all around workout
I really liked this. I liked the pacing and moves they chose. Kept me moving but was slow enough to really focus on form. Ladies have good energy and explain the moves really well. I'll do this again

Tough but fun
