Great workout! Challenging and joint-friendly, for someone who likes to hit it hard like myself but after years of sports has accumulated a lot of injuries. Loved the mindfulness aspects, and the kind words. I also LOVE watching them cuz of their power-couple vibes and their energy. They give me hope and I am grateful for them sharing this gift during these hard times.
The actual workout was great. Did not enjoy the verbal commands. I also did not enjoy his counting strategy. It was frustrating to listen to. I wish the video had captions so I could turn off the volume. Thank you.
Please keep doing this workouts! Are amazing! You both have a great energy #powercouple and Justin I love you talks at the end of the workouts!!! They are really motivating 🙌🏼
Really hard workout. definitely left me sweating but i wish there were modifications for sensitive wrists. I had to sit a few of the exercises out.

I loved the moves with the resistance bands!!! great routine but I dont think i´ll be doing it again, those acute loud screams were a little bit too much, I dont know if I notice them more because i´m playing the videos at home with roomies next door while in quarantine.
Loved the resistance band moves. Some moves I've not tried before with them. There were a few times when the cues could have come a tad sooner especially when you're on the ground and aren't looking up all the time. Other than that, it was an intense workout as promised!
This workout is all about squats, push ups, inch worms, static holds. It's challenging. Justin is a great motivator. I wish Taylor would improve her form though. And yes....what's up with the screams!
