This isn't a yoga workout, it's much more than that. Good cardio sets in there and lots of strength work too. Burners for your arms, shoulders, butt, legs and core. A total body workout. Moves a little fast from move to move if you're not familiar with the routine or instructor. But overall it was a good workout!
With a yoga-based dynamic warm up and cool down, and the high-rep strength exercises throughout, this workout is well-suited for lovers of yoga and Pilates. Relatively easy to follow, but I found it hard to connect with the trainer and feel motivated. Overall, it worked all muscles and is a decent workout, but I hope to find some more empowering workout videos instead!
