AMAZING
I have now done this workout 4 times since it was posted a couple months ago, and I love it more every time! An amazing workout that will ALWAYS leave you feeling better than when you started.

Full body burner!!!
Loved the crazy intensity, so needed an intense 45 minutes cardio session and I’m so happy I chose to do this one !! Thank you @dejariley for a great heart thumping cardio workout 👍

Amazing workout, easy to follow and fun exercises! I love her energy, it's what has kept me going through this workout and kept me pushing. Serious burner!
What an amazing cardio workout. Managed to burn 411 calories low impact. Deja is a super fun trainer and this workout put me into a great mood ^_^

DEJA RILEY!
Deja has the best energy! I wanted to stop early multiple times during the 40 second exercises or do the modifications, but her motivation helped me to keep going and push myself. I also loved how she counted down every single move - it really helped. I feel so great after these 40 minutes!

Feel-Good Burner!!!
I really didn’t want to workout today. During the warm up I even told myself that I’d just do one time through the circuit and then I’d be done. The next thing I knew my endorphins were pumping and it was time to cool down. I burned 400 calories and feel great!
