not a bootcamp, but good for beginners
the first 30 mins is really like a pilates class, followed by a slow bootcamp for about 10mins- would be very good for someone starting out- its a good workout, just not what I expected based on the title
This was listed as a 50 minute boot camp. It was approximately 30 minutes of "toning" and then one weight circuit of 3 moves. pretty boring, not a good workout.
For a workout that ran 50 minutes including the cool down, I was only really feeling it for the last 20 minutes. It's nice that the instructor takes the time to explain the moves in detail first, but it's not one I would do again.
There was a warm up and cool down.
The workout went at a good pace but had lots of explanation so you knew exactly how to do the exercise, what to focus on, and how to modify if you wanted.
