Love the Challenge
Second time doing this one and there are small improvements I noticed compared to the first time. Tiny steps, but shows I’m getting stronger. Love the encouragement and challenge along the way!

Luv, the work of this inspirational couple. I luv, that it is low impact. I luv the grit and sweat from the work out. Luv the feelings of accomplishment that I get after the work out. The trainers have a special bond and chemistry that comes, across positively.

Challenging and motivating

Love these two
These two always bring the energy and intensity. The classes are tough and non stop work but I always feel like I accomplished something great at the end.

These two never let me down. The 30 minute tabata-inspired sets keep you moving. Even the warmup is hard (or maybe I'm just sore from doing a Jake workout yesterday). Either way – they're great, it's fun, and you'll sweat.
