This workout is by far one of my favorites that Popsugar has! It's the perfect combination of cardio (without any jumping!) and toning/strength training using only resistance bands. The five minutes of foam rolling at the end are just the icing on the cake!
If you don't have any of the equipment, it's still a killer workout! It's also easy to swap out the resistance bands for hand weights, cans of food, bottles of wine, whatever you have available if you did want to add a little layer of intensity.
