I got Lit!
Nice Justin and Taylor workout as usual. I'm so used to their pandemic workouts from home, I almost didn't recognize this calm, quiet Justin. Great full body workout that made me sweat. Thank you for the LIT workout! Did I hear this was from 2018?

Great Workout!
I really enjoyed that. I liked that the beginning is the high calorie burner followed by arms and abs for finisher. burned about 330 in 48 minutes with stretching.

Not Quite Intermediate
Low impact was refreshing; it was a good change. I liked the variety. However, I found this workout to be geared more for beginners and the "advanced" level more of an intermediate workout.

Great workout!
This has been my favorite online workout I've done in awhile. They pace the moves well and the repetition helps to instill body memory and get out of our minds and into our bodies. Easy to follow and fun. Broke a sweat and felt full body length after. More with the resistance bands!

Great workout but...
Good total body workout, would be better if modifier lady wasn't gabbing so much. You don't have to comment on every move. Found it hard to concentrate with all the noise

The best!
This workout is by far one of my favorites that Popsugar has! It's the perfect combination of cardio (without any jumping!) and toning/strength training using only resistance bands. The five minutes of foam rolling at the end are just the icing on the cake! If you don't have any of the equipment, it's still a killer workout! It's also easy to swap out the resistance bands for hand weights, cans of food, bottles of wine, whatever you have available if you did want to add a little layer of intensity.

Best combination of both high intensity cardio and low impact. You can do every exercise and finish the work happy :)

it will leave you sweting !
at first I didn't think it would be challenging but it is !! I love it. definitely will try again. However, for the upper body you might need the band of maybe water bottles or weights.

Amazing even without the equipment!
This was such a great workout and you don't need the equipment, if you don't have the band for the last ten minutes of the workout two dumb bells would work great!

Favorite workout ever
I have bad knees, so I can't do plyo movements. This workout kicks my butt without any jumping and leaves me sore (in a good way!) for DAYS.
