jake is the best trainer ever. I've been doing this workout for a while, and i really notice the difference. I added weights for the legs and butt excercises and my strength has really improved. It's a very intense workout if you are not really into doing stuff on the daily, but once you get into it, it's gets easier
I starting back to working out and I am familiar with Jake's videos and I know that he is really hard. He breezes through moves while you are struggling but keeps you very motivated with his energy. I'm 200 lbs so there are a lot of things that are harder for me to do but his variations for beginners are nice. One thing I know for sure is that his workouts will make you push yourself past your comfortable limits and that is completely okay with me.
I don't know how I missed this great workout. I thought I'd seen all of Jake's workouts, but somehow missed finding this one till today. Glad I did! As always Jake's workouts are burners, he moves from one move to the next quickly and burns your muscles. Killer tiny, little circles...Loved it! Even with a raspy voice he makes you laugh! (Hope you weren't sick) Thank you!! From one of your chimichangas!
I work out with Jake 3 times a week, love his energy and all the moves that target the small muscles. Love the way my body has transformed and the way I feel!!

I love Jake’s workouts! Booty booty, tiny little circles, how low can you go... He gives you so much energy and makes you laugh and have fun during the workout. Perfect!
This workout starts with a light cardio warm up and moves into arms, legs, butt, and abs. I love the full body work and the little bit of cardio to get my heart rate up. The structure is similar to barre classes I've taken and loved so I'm glad to have this at home option! Plus Jake is amazing and has a great attitude!

This is one of the best full body workouts I have found since the quarantine began. I always take classes at the gym and never workout at home normally. Jake, you are awesome and helping me out so much right now! Love the workout, your energy, and your fabulous personality! :-)
Jake is a great trainer. Really pushed me on a number of moves. intense and focussed workout that'll get your heart pumping and work all the muscle groups
I used 1 kg weight for some exercises and 2 kg for others, as I have weak joints. It is a great and intensive full body training. It triggered me out of my comfort zone.
Jake's energy and challenge is something I look forward to in his classes. This is great for all levels and has necessary modifications. My butt is burning!
My bf has always been skeptical of how effective my PopSugar workouts would be for him - but today he joined me for this one. I heard him describing it to his mom on the phone later and his words of choice were "non-stop", "fast-paced" and "intense". Everything we have always known about Jake and his workouts! Safe to say he gained a new fan today and we will definitely be coming back to this workout again.
I agree with a previous reviewer who is in shape and stated this was challenging...indeed! I got a little cardio (had to modify in my upstairs apartment under quarantine), lots of shoulders, and legs/booty. CIRCLES, oh the circles! I don't think I would ever get sick of this workout because there is so much variety and his sense of humor keeps it moving along. Very fun and different from what I'm used to!

Great full body workout! I loved Jake's energy and humor, especially his food nicknames for his colleagues (super cute), and his pace. I also liked the modifications in the jumps since I have an ankle issue. I got a good sweat on! Looking forward to more workouts with Jake!
I love names energy and this could be the ideal workout for some. But i have a lower back injury that prevents me from doing planks. Usually i can just add another exercise during this time but it seemed like planks were through the first 2/3rds of the workout and i couldn't get into the rhythm with all the interruptions. If you have most back terrible like me, just do the last 15' - it's a great butt and ab workout.
