Good start of a day
I really like Ashley Joi workouts (I like her leading) - this one is quite challenging, maybe a bit too much rest time between the moves but still I got breathless and sweaty and in a good mood for the rest of the day!

Awesome workout
I loved everything. I enjoyed how she incorporated the active rest, and the smooth transitions between workouts.

Good workout, but great for beginners
The workout was fun, but even with the active rest periods I felt like there was a bit too much downtime between moves to keep my heart rate up. I think this would be a kick a$$ workout for beginners tho!

Loved the progressive moves, personally I think it made the 60 seconds of work go by faster because we were changing the move every 20 seconds!!
