I love her and this is definitely my favorite video of hers. My abs are rarely sore after workouts, but this one really does it while getting a really good calorie burn. 10/10!

I loved the smooth transitions from easy to hard in every movement.
I was looking for some variety to the core training I have been doing and this one certainly delivered. Will be adding to the mix. Glad there were some modifications as I did find myself using them as a way to readjust my form as the routine continued going.
Pros: Instructors are clearly having a good time and an intense workout. Huge variety of ab exercises! A full 45 minute workout, plus 5 minute cool down.
Cons: Audio has a few weird "tsch" sounds at the beginning, so beware if wearing headphones. Really hard to get through the whole thing if you accidentally blast your abs away in the first 20 minutes. 😅 Not as much cardio as expected in 45 minutes.
Overall: Totally recommend for an ab workout. Will be replaying this one to get a stronger core without getting bored!
Not for first movement of the morning of course, as it is very intense and it gets you tired soon!
But it is well done and it focuses on your abs a lot!

Excellent workout! I really enjoyed and with my gym and all gyms being closed this workout surely helps to my day to day being active and conveniently easy working out at home.
