Intense and great
Love the workout. Wonderful on intensity and pace. I love the fact that the modifications are explained first. There are trainers that completely forget to explain those. This one is mindful of all levels and that is in my book a plus I too was once a beginner

What a burner!
Loved this workout; it burned, and I can't wait to do it again! This may be one of my favourites to date (+ loved the 45min duration - it was perfect!). Would love to see more from this trainer.

such a good workout!!
yessss!! I loved this workout. It really worked up a sweat and she had some great variations. The modifications were great too and still difficult. Highly recommend. Felt the burn!
