Enjoyed a good sweat!
Great class as always. No one has more enthusiasm than Justin and Taylor. The transitions could have been a little smoother. Sooner cueing on all moves, not just some, would help. Otherwise, great class if you're up for a good sweat!!

Very motivating
OMG what a workout! Justin had great energy and was very motivating! I used a miniband with the workout. Wow- dripping with sweat!

Killer workout!
It was a killer workout! Definitely sweated a lot lol! I had no band but still felt the burn. 45mins blew by sooo fast!

I love that is low impact, but super high intensity!! I have problems with my knees, so this is perfect for me. Loved it so much!
