add the stretching!
Overall, a good workout. Would have preferred the last three minutes, (along with their preaching if necessary), that they led the applicable stretching. Without the stretch component, can't give it a five. But still, a good sweat!
this workout is all about pushing the tempo- makes such a difference. also the mini band really helps with toning arms. I felt it immediately. I like that these workouts are not complicated, easy to follow but still a good workout
That was my first workout with this pair and I am drippin!! It was amazing, the energy was great! Only towards the end it bacame too much for my knees. Too much squats but I replaced it with high knees and it was great :)))
Great class as always. No one has more enthusiasm than Justin and Taylor. The transitions could have been a little smoother. Sooner cueing on all moves, not just some, would help. Otherwise, great class if you're up for a good sweat!!
